Brassard Bamboo/Cotton 8/2Ne - Periwinkle

70% bamboo combined with 30% organic cotton spun to produce a lovely yarn in the very versatile 8/2Ne count. A little 'rounder' and with a bit more 'grip' than 100% is the best way to describe this new addition to our range of Brassard yarns. It retains some of the shine of bamboo and feels soft and smooth to the touch. It can be used on its own or with other yarns of similar thickness. Used with 100% bamboo there will be a subtle difference in drape and shine. It will make lovely towels and table linens as well as scarves and shawls or cloth for clothing. The colour range of 22 shades is virtually identical to the 100% bamboo with the replacement of brown with a lovely charcoal grey. Supplied on a 227g spool, approximately 1530m/1680yards 227g/8oz per spool. Hand wash, dry flat.
