We have now added a few sizes of Texsolv heddles, Texsolv beam and tie up cord available by the metre as well as both types of Texsolv pegs. We have 8 new colours in our very popular 20/2 Silk. We still have a limited number of Ashford Rigid Heddles with free postage. We still have new yarns, new colours and more equipment to put in the shop. Stop Press! Just added new 16/2 Linen from Garnhuset. More colours on the way!!
Some of our suppliers are have reopened with some restrictions so we are restocking wherever we can. There are still some delays on some products. Please phone or email if you have a question about availability of particular products or want to discuss alternatives. We had a large delivery of cotton and Tencel and the webshop has been updated. We keep good stocks, items that are marked as in stock, are in stock and available to be despatched to our customers.
We now have to keep some stock our store. This means that it isn't always possible to despatch these products the same day as they are ordered. Where this applies this information is displayed in the product descriptions. We always aim to process and post orders as quickly as possible.
Our local sorting office is still working to revised opening hours so we are unable to post while they are closed. We have revised our posting days as follows: We will post by 8:00am on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday of each week until further notice. We aim to post orders placed by 6pm on the next scheduled posting day.
We generate an email to you once we have dropped your parcel at the sorting office. Royal Mail and Parcelforce delivery guarantees have been reinstated but with later guaranteed delivery times, please contact us by phone if you need more information or want to use a guaranteed servce. We will be able to advise on the current situation. All post and delivery companies remain very busy but currently most orders are arriving as normal or with only short delays.
