These brass hooks are beautifully made to work both for threading the heddles and the reed. Made of solid brass they measure 16.5cm are nicely balanced. The hooked ends are smooth and don't catch or cut the yarn like some hooks do. If you prefer to be able to hang the hook rather than lay it down a hole is stamped in the 'reed' end to thread a hanging loop through.
